A Fluor project reached a major milestone recently with the production startup of the Braya Renewable Fuels facility in Come by Chance, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Fluor has been awarded a position on the Global Contingency Services Multiple Award Contract III by the United States Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific.
