Older Model Graco Quattro Tour™ and MetroLite™ Strollers and Travel Systems

As parents ourselves, safety is always our top priority at Graco. We have worked closely with the Consumer Product Safety Commission and have determined that older models of Graco Quattro Tour™ and MetroLite™ strollers may pose a potential risk of entrapment to small children, especially to infants younger than 12 months of age who are not properly harnessed in the stroller.

We have issued a voluntary recall for these products in the U.S. This recall affects the Quattro Tour™ strollers and travel systems manufactured prior to November 2006, and MetroLite™ strollers and travel systems manufactured prior to July 2007. No other Graco strollers are affected by this notice.

For consumers who have an affected stroller, there is no need to return the product; Graco will provide a free repair kit for these strollers upon request. In the meantime, consumers are advised to stop using their strollers until they receive the repair kit, however, consumers can continue to use the stroller as a travel system (with an infant car seat attached). When using a stroller, we always recommend securing a child in a safety harness and never leaving them unattended. The repair kit is not a replacement to using a stroller’s safety harness.
