Health Summary Now Available in iExchange® We are continuing to make enhancements to iExchange, our online benefit preauthorization tool. For example, you can use this tool to obtain a Health Summary, which is a modification of the Patient Clinical Summary offered previously. The Health Summary is derived from claims and other data and may include member details, chronic and acute conditions, health status measures, medications, lab tests/procedures and visits. Compared to the Patient Clinical Summary, the Health Summary offers you a more updated view, with enhanced information that is delivered in near real-time.
