Presenters:
Gabrielle Harmening, Sr. Manager for Wellness Consulting Services for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, has been with the company 10 years and in the field of health promotion for 27 years. She is passionate about this topic, having served as both the Chair and Vice Chair for the Northeast Coalition on Tobacco for the State of Oklahoma. She is also a Freedom from Smoking Certified Tobacco Facilitator. She holds a Master Degree in both Exercise Science and Health Promotion, and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Suzi Murphy has been a Health and Well-Being Consultant with Blue Cross and Blue Shield for 21 years. Previously, Suzi had her own wellness consulting business, working with organizations on designing and implementing internal wellness programs. She began her career as a teacher, working with all ages from elementary through college. Suzi holds certifications in Intrinsic Coaching, Lifestyle Counseling, personal training and dietary counseling. She enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures and spending time with her super cool, creative kids.

Sara Milam is the Wellness Specialist for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Oklahoma, Montana, New Mexico and Texas. She has helped clients build and manage award-winning, corporate wellness programs and coordinated multiple community projects to promote wellness during her 12 years in the health promotion industry. Sara holds a B.S. in Wellness Science and certifications in Health Promotion, Wellness Coaching, and Group Fitness.
