Enhancements Added to Blue Access for Employers^SM

Employer groups can now access recent enhancements on the Blue Access for Employers (BAE) site.

Enhancements include:

• All self-insured accounts eligible to access Claims and EOBs online will now be able to view additional claim detail information. The claim detail screen will display a breakdown of the claim by service line. To access the claim detail screen, select the specific claim number listed in the search results of the View Claims and EOBs screen.

• You and your employer clients now have the ability to print product rate information listed under Account Summary > Health Plans.
