Average Employee Count (AEC) Data Collection Beginning Soon (15-250 Groups)

Email solicitation for active and cancelled fully insured groups with 15-250 employees will begin shortly. This means that the Regulatory Data widget on Blue Access for Employers^SM (BAE^SM) will become available, and groups will be able to enter their 2016 AEC information at that time.

As a reminder, AEC information can be submitted within BAE or the AEC paper form can be requested by calling one of the phone numbers listed below, filled out and emailed, faxed, or mailed to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

If a group does not yet have its account set up in BAE, this is the perfect time to encourage them to set it up.

The broker (producer or delegated producer with maintenance use) can also submit Employee Counts in BAE.
