An Update Regarding Texas Neurology

Texas Neurology decided to terminate its contractual relationship with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) and will leave the BCBSTX HMO Blue Texas^SM, Blue Advantage HMO^SM, Blue Premier^SM, Blue Choice PPO^SM and Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO^SM networks effective Aug. 24, 2016.

A letter was sent to the 30 affected BCBSTX members on June 8, 2016, notifying them of this network disruption. There are 15 similar providers in the same ZIP code as Texas Neurology, and 60 providers across the Dallas Fort Worth area who offer the same services.

Members can contact Customer Service at the number on their member ID card if they have any questions. They can also use Provider Finder^® to get an up-to-date listing of in-network providers.
