December 3, 2015 2015 Provider Satisfaction Survey Results are Now Available An annual provider satisfaction survey was administered from June through August 2015 by a third-party research company, Symphony Performance Health, formerly known as The Myers Group. The annual survey is administered to find out how satisfied providers are with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. The survey results are used to improve the quality of areas that are important to our providers. The survey also gives an internal competitive standard that we use to judge progress in the market over time. See the chart below to view our most recent survey results.
