Mailing Address Change for MSP and AEC Paper Forms for Renewing Groups

Please make note of the mailing address change for any paper Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) or Average Employee Count (AEC) forms received from renewing groups.

While the best way to submit this information is directly through the Blue Access for Producers^SM (BAP^SM) portal, other preferred methods are via email to data_collection@bcbsil.com or fax to 312-233-4244.

Note: All new groups are required to provide their MSP information via a paper form included with their initial application paperwork no later than 90 days after their effective date to be considered timely.
