Login Instructions for 2018 MAPD/PDP Certification Training

Complete the 2018 Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MAPD) and the stand-alone prescription drug plan (PDP) certifications on the HCSC/Compliance Management Portal (CMP).

Part 1: America's Health Insurance Plans' (AHIP) Medicare certification training and Part 2: Blue Cross Medicare Options^SM Certification training are available on the HCSC/CMP site.

In order to direct you to the appropriate curriculum assignment, please follow these steps after logging in to the HCSC/CMP site:

1. Enter your National Producer Number (NPN) without the leading zeros in the User ID field.
2. Once prompted to move to the profile page, verify your demographic information and enter your 10-digit NPN in the Employee ID field.
3. Enter your previously created password

New users follow these steps to create a profile before proceeding to your curriculum assignment:

1. Select Create an Account
2. Enter your 10-digit NPN in the NPN field
3. Create your password
