Read More Multiple Referral Submission via iExchange Currently, when you submit multiple referrals for your patient, only the first referral can be submitted via iExchange, and you must call for the additional referrals to prevent a duplicate denial. We’ve received your feedback expressing dissatisfaction and we’re pleased to announce, the following: Effective April 18th, iExchange, our automated preauthorization/referral tool, will allow submission of multiple referral requests for your patient.
