Retail Producer Portal Redesign and New Reporting Functions Coming Soon

You will soon see big changes when you log in to the Retail Producer Portal (RPP):

  • A new look and feel to the site
  • Improved client search functionality
  • Many new reporting features

These improvements – expected to launch on Saturday, July 18 – were developed to help you better support your clients and more easily manage your book of business.

A New Design
The RPP will soon have a sleek and modern look. Most of the tabs, menus, links and buttons will be in the same places. For example, the site’s main tabs will remain the same: Home, Client Info, E-Communication, Quotes, Resources and Training. Navigating through the site will be much like today, but the site’s new look and feel will be cleaner and brighter.

See a complete new training guide of all portal features and functions.

Streamlined “Client Info” Tab
The “Client Info” tab will be streamlined for ease of use. Currently, there are several links to different search and report functions. The new “Client Info” tab will have three sections: Client Search, Client Leads and Reporting. The Client Search will be improved and a new “Date of Birth” field will be added for additional search functionality.

All New “Reporting” Section
On the “Client Info” tab, a new “Reporting” section will be available. Several of the existing “Quick Search” reports will be located here. You will be able to run detailed reports of the following:

  • eApp Start Date
  • App Signature Date
  • Coverage Effective Date
  • Policy Term Date
  • Current Paid to Date
  • Initial Payment Not Received
  • Members Approaching 65
  • Members Approaching 26
  • Application Status (All, Started, Pending, Withdrawn)
  • Policy Status (All, Grace Period, Termed, Active)
  • Product Type (On Exchange, Off Exchange, Grandfathered, Non-Grandfathered, Medical Only, Dental Only, Temporary, Both Medical and Dental)

Once you select a report, a table of data will be displayed with columns for filtering and sorting. The data can then be printed or exported to multiple file types for use with Microsoft® Excel® or another spreadsheet application.

See detailed information on how to create a report in the new “Reporting” section.
