Member Voice – Nutashia’s Story: “For generation, to generation…Blue Cross and Blue Shield has been there”

As a sick child with pancreatic cysts, Nutashia remembers her parents saying that without Blue Cross and Blue Shield, she wouldn’t have been able to receive all the tests and treatment that she needed. When her first child was diagnosed with celiac, she was very scared. However, when it came to the medical and insurance part, she was at ease because she knew Blue Cross and Blue Shield would take care of that.
