April 4, 2014 Issue with Summary of Charges Page in Blue Access for EmployersSM There is currently a problem with the Summary of Charges page in Blue Access for Employers. When a customer has a large number of groups/sections, they are not showing all of the associations when viewing “ALL.” If customers print this view, they won't see all of the detail. Our developers are working on a fix, but we do not know yet when it will be available. Please note that customers can still see any of their associations if they specifically select an association in the drop-down menu. Also, the “Assoc Grand Total” and the “Customer Summary” sections contain the charges for all associations. |
