Mandatory Training: Financial Management Services Agency Webinar

The Texas Department of Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is hosting a webinar for financial management services agencies (FMSA). All currently contracted FMSAs who work with a Managed Care Organization or HHSC must attend this mandatory training.

Here are some highlights of the training:

• It’s a condensed version of HHSC’s FMSA enrollment training.
• It will include an overview of the Consumer Directed Services (CDS) option.
• It will review CDS roles and responsibilities.
• It has been tailored to meet the needs of FMSAs who have recently hired new staff or just need to refresh their knowledge
