February 28, 2014 Blue Access for EmployersSM Tip: Verify Account and Membership Data Now that most of you have completed Open Enrollment, it may be a good time to double-check your account selections and membership accuracy in Blue Access for Employers (BAE). Account Details The Account Details tab contains information about your group such as your address, effective date, renewal date, account number and group structure. Health Plans The Health Plans screen provides information regarding the current products available to your group, including pre-existing waiting conditions, eligibility rules and Retro Days Allowed for Adds and Cancels online. This information can be used as a guide when performing member maintenance. View Personal Details The View Personal Details feature enables you to view an employee’s or dependent’s personal details, such as name, date of birth, address or phone number. Also, you can view Coverage Details, Other Coverage, Category Details and Characteristics Details. If any of this information is incorrect, please select the appropriate transaction from the ‘I want to’ dropdown, click Go, and complete the transaction.
