Presenters:
As a senior wellness consultant, Heather Leclerc works with account executives to actively support, promote and engage clients in their wellness programs. Ms. Leclerc helps employer groups develop wellness plans, and advises them on ways to maximize the features and functions of the Well onTargetSM wellness program and engage members. Ms. Leclerc joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico in 2009 and has been in the health care industry for 12 years. Her areas of specialty are fitness, health and wellness education, and worksite wellness program planning.

Maleah Rowe, a senior wellness consultant with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK), holds a master's degree in exercise science from Eastern Illinois University and a bachelor's degree in health studies. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist and has been trained in Intrinsic Coaching and Wellcoaches. Before joining BCBSOK, she worked as a health and wellness educator (Chesapeake Energy, Oklahoma City) and developed an in-house health coaching team. Ms. Rowe has created worksite office ergonomics and vehicle ergonomics programs, and taught lifestyle behavior programs for patient populations and corporations. She currently serves on the American Diabetes Association Oklahoma City Board of Directors and the Oklahoma City Tobacco Coalition.
