June 2013 Legislative Highlights Available
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) creates Legislative Highlights to help you stay current on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and other legislative issues that affect you the most. This month’s highlights reflect updates to the employer exchange notice requirement and essential health benefits cost-sharing. The highlights also share the IRS’ proposed rule on minimum value, the federal government’s final version of the exchange application, and popular ACA questions.
