Requests Must Be Submitted to Change Summary of Benefits and Coverage
The Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) provision of the Affordable Care Act requires Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) to use a government-developed template and to follow specific rules when creating SBCs. If a change is necessary, BCBSIL must make it.
