Legislative Update: Federal Government Delays Exchange Notification Requirement for Employers, Issues Guidance on HRAs
The U.S. Departments of Labor, Health & Human Services (HHS) and Treasury released an FAQ providing guidance on Affordable Care Act (ACA) provisions. These include delaying the employer deadline to notify employees about Health Insurance Exchanges, and questions about Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA).
